Refund policy

STEVENEVEN offers guaranteed satisfaction. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them, we will give you a store credit or refund the money for the goods only. 
You must return the items unworn and unwashed, with all the original labels and tags within two weeks of receiving the merchandise. We will not accept returns on jockstraps or thongs due to Florida State regulations (please contact us if you have any questions). We will not accept returns on items that are marked to be "CLEARANCE", "ON SALE", "DISCOUNT", "buy 1 get 1 free" or Candyman costumes these are final sales. We will accept returns up to a total of six items per order (If you are a first-time buyer, please consider buying up to six items unless you are familiar with the brand). You will be able to return items up to four times a year (once you reach this limit, we will no longer accept more returns). Please allow up to one week to process your return. If you are returning an item please enclose the following:

Original order number.
Your complete name, address, and telephone number.
The returning items in their original packaging and attached tags.
Please only return unworn and unwashed items.
