I still have yet to receive my items. I have never been treated with so unprofessionally by your customer service team member Lucas. I was never even offered an apology for my order getting lost, rather I was talked down to and treated as if I was inconveniencing your company . Lucas did manage to reship my items that were lost in the mail. He also told me he was going to send me a $20 code, but because of me asking for an apology I no longer get a code. I will never shop with your company again, and I will make sure every human being I’ve ever talked to in my entire life knows about this horrible experience and lack of caring for a customer who just asked a simple question. My next stop is the better business bureau. I also asked for a supervisor and Lucas said he was the judge and the jury. You will be hearing from the BBB shortly. If there is someone who could look into my email responses with Lucas and get back with me, that would be great.
