STEVERNEVEN.COM will
normally process and ship your order within 48 hours. If you place an
order on friday after 2:00 PM we will process it the next business
day. Please consider some delays may occur if the credit card is
rejected, the shipping address is different than the billing address
or because of inventory availability. You will be notified via email
if any of this or other problems occur. You may choose Standard,
Express or FedEx shipping options. All deliveries will be made
according to the carrier's standard procedures.

EUROPE - $9.99 FLAT FEE with Standard USPS
shipping (7 to 15 business days) is available on all orders (no
minimum). More shipping options are available at checkout. We
strongly recommend you to choose USPS EXPRESS (within 7 business days
to deliver) with tracking if you place an order of $90 or more.

FedEx. We also offer FedEx ground.

Worldwide Shipping
We ship to most countries in the world - unfortunately, we can't
ship to all countries, due to local delivery problems we have had in
the past. However if you don't find your desired destination country
in the tables below, please contact our Customer

Shipments outside of the United States may be subject to Customs clearance charges or import duty. Steveneven.com does not set these charges and cannot control whether your package will be subject to such fees, which are determined by the authorities in the destination country. However, if your package arrives with additional charges applied and you would like to speak to one of our representatives, please contact Customer Service.
Return Policy
STEVENEVEN offers satisfaction guaranteed. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or we will give you a store credit.There is a restocking fee of 15% of the entire order, but it is voided if we issue a store credit. You must return the items unworn and unwashed, with all the original labels and tags within 1 week of receiving the merchandise. We will not accept returns on jockstraps or thongs due to Florida State regulations. We will not accept returns on items that are marked to be "CLEARANCE", "ON SALE", "DISCOUNT", "buy 1 get 1 free" or Candyman costumes these are final sales. We will accept returns up to a total of 6 items per order. If you are returning an item, please enclose a note with your original order number your complete name, address and telephone number.
