US -FREE Standard USPS Shipping (3 to 5 Business Days) is available on all orders $50 or more; All others will apply a low flat rate of $5.99. More shipping options are available at checkout.
EUROPE - FLAT FEE of $15.00 with Standard USPS shipping (5 to 8 business days) is available on all orders, no minimum. More shipping options are available at checkout.
All Steveneven.com orders are shipped as soon as possible, pending credit card approval and stock availability. You may choose either Standard or Express shipping options. All deliveries will be made according to the carrier's standard procedures.

Shipments outside of the United States may be subject to Customs clearance charges or import duty. Steveneven.com does not set these charges and cannot control whether your package will be subject to such fees, which are determined by the authorities in the destination country. However, if your package arrives with additional charges applied and you would like to speak to one of our representatives, please contact Customer Service.
Return Policy
STEVENEVEN offers satisfaction guaranteed. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or apply a credit towards your next order only. You must return the items unworn and unwashed, with all the original labels and tags within 1 weeks of receipt of merchandise. We will not accept returns on jockstrap or thongs due to Florida regulations. We will not accept returns on items purchased on the (clearance) or (buy 1 get 1 free) categories, these are final sales. We will accept returns up to a total of 6 items per order. If you are returning an item, please enclose a note with your original order number your complete name, address and telephone number.
