Orders will be processed as soon as possible. (normally same day or next for orders in stock) For orders that are not in stock, allow approximately three-four weeks for delivery (we will notify you before).
Claims - errors in orders should be received within 10 days of receipt of goods. Claims made after 10 days may not be honored.

Return Instructions
- Complete the form accompanying your original order and indicate whether you want a refund, replacement or exchange, and enclose it in the package with the returned merchandise.
- If you do not have your original packing slip, enclose a note with the returned merchandise including the following information: Order number (if known), name, address, contact telephone number or e-mail address (especially important if you do not know your order number), reason for return and instructions on whether your want a refund, replacement or exchange.
- Affix the pre-paid Merchandise Return Label enclosed with your original order to your returns package if not, please contact us. If using the original packaging, please ensure that the original address label is covered or removed. Do not cover any part of the Merchandise Return Label.
- Write your order number on the top left corner of the package.
- If you wish to insure the package, use delivery confirmation or other optional services, the additional cost above the return shipping provided by Steveneven.com is at the customer's own expense.
International customers: Send your return via a prepaid, insured, traceable method, marking your package clearly as "Merchandise Return" to avoid delays at Customs. Please retain your shipping documentation, so that we can complete your request in the event your package is lost in transit.
